This has never been seen before in the 27 years of cooperation between Jüke and DEKRA: due to the Corona Pandemic, the DEKRA audit was carried out as a video conference. “Through many remote audits in the past months we have already been able to gain experience. That is why everything went smoothly,” says Michael Uesbeck. As Head of QM & Regulatory Affairs at Jüke, he and his colleague Florian Tinkloh were the main contact persons for the auditor’s questions. At the closing meeting after a good 3 days, the auditor confirmed his recommendation to the maintenance of both certificates. He had not detected any deviations. A praise of the auditor went to the whole staff of Jüke. Requested documents and records could be presented immediately and questions of the auditor could be answered first hand by the responsible colleagues – as every year, only this time in front of the camera.
