System assembly

The assembly of complex mechatronic modules and complete OEM machines is a core competence of our company. 

We assemble and test products at ESD-compliant workstations. Our employees have monitors available at all stations. That allows access to the latest production data.

Low-dust, air-conditioned rooms are available for the assembly of optical systems. Test tools and equipment have been developed in-house to perform quality checks.

The entire order processing and logistics are supported by our modern ERP system, which meets the requirements for managing processes in accordance with Medical Device Directive EN ISO 13485:2003 + AC:2007. Close strategic collaboration with our clients ensures continuous product optimisation.
