Mechanical production

We manufacture precision mechanical components and assemblies  according to client drawings – from one-off and small series production through to medium-size production runs. We also use our manufacturing capacities for internal machine production.

Production is performed on high-quality, modern CNC equipment:

• CNC turning with driven tooling
• Up to 5-axis CNC milling
• Laser welding and marking

The use of 3D CAD/CAM systems and other technology ensures high productivity and quality. Our manufacturing processes have been certified according to ISO 9001 since 1993. Our quality is assured by means of modern measuring equipment, e.g. a 3D CNC coordinate measuring machine and a powerful optical inspection and measuring system.

The spectrum of machined materials ranges from non-ferrous metals, various stainless steels (e.g. 1.4301, 1.4571, 1.4305), tool steels, free-cutting steels and titanium as well as plastics (PA, PE, PTFE, PEEK etc.).

As a system supplier and in close collaboration with our long-term partners we can also perform the activities of sheet metal processing, grinding, thermal treatment and surface finishing.
